Celebrate International Archaeology Day at Red Rocks Park!
On Saturday, October 19th, from 8:30-1:30 pm, join us at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre (Lower South Lot 2) for International Archaeology Day, hosted by Community Connections LLC in partnership with Colorado Preservation, Inc. Explore the rich history of not just Colorado, but cultures from around the world, through interactive activities, artifact displays, and 30+ educational booths. Highlights include atlatl throwing, the Crow Canyon Archaeological Center Mobile Learning Lab, a rock climbing wall, a beer garden for adults, root beer for kids, and three food trucks. Plus, enjoy free offsite cultural tours!
