To celebrate National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day, we spent some time on the trails with Basalt, available for adoption through Denver Animal Shelter 🐾
Basalt is a 1.5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier with as much love to give as he has energy (a lot!), and would do best in a home with older children. He can be pushy when meeting other dogs, but plays well with the right match.
In addition to finding loving homes for pets of all kinds through the Denver Animal Shelter, Denver Animal Protection reunites pets with their owners, enforces animal ordinances and provides education & resources to support Denver’s pets and their owners.
