The expanded 12-session 2026 season of Yoga on the Rocks presented by White Claw begins this Saturday! Here are some tips to help you find your flow:

☀️ Bring your own mat & water bottle, and dress for the weather (layers and sunscreen recommended).
☀️ Arrive early! Parking is free and first-come, first-served, so allow plenty of time to grab a spot, make your way into the venue and get settled before class starts at 7am.
☀️ The North Trail entrance will be closed, so plan to enter the amphitheatre through South Ramp, East Stairs or Top Gate.
☀️ Make sure you have your tickets purchased and ready to scan on your way in; no tickets will be sold at the box office.
☀️ Classes are geared toward all fitness levels with modifications available, and bilingual sessions (Spanish and English) will be offered on July 11 and Aug. 1, taught by Better Buzz Yoga.
☀️ Be a good neighbor! Set up your spot toward the middle of the row and fill in open spaces to leave room for all.
☀️ Stop by the HCA HealthONE Vendor Village after class for local coffee from Huckleberry Roasters, exclusive Yoga on the Rocks merch, shopping with Colorado Threads, giveaways and more!
☀️ Grab a post-flow mimo! Head downstairs to the Ship Rock Grille after class for brunch - reservations recommended with limited walk-in service available.
